In automated production plants, machine safety fences and partition walls ensure the protection of people, machines and production processes. They prevent careless intervention or entry into the danger zones of the plants.

Our safety guards, which are individually manufactured according to your specifications, not only meet the requirements of the EN ISO 14120 standard and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. They also meet the highest demands in terms of flexibility and design. Our flexible modular system facilitates the design of application-specific machine safety fences and partition walls.

From the component to the guards

Separating protective device – Maximum flexibility thanks to modular aluminum profile system

Our stable safety guards and partition walls consist of individually adaptable components: Anodized aluminum profiles in various sizes, lengths and designs form the support posts of the system. They are firmly anchored to the hall floor by means of feet. Aluminum clamping profiles, which are unique on the market, accommodate a wide range of surface elements with thicknesses between 1 and 10 mm. The surface materials we mainly use are galvanized woven wire mesh, Makrolon, acrylic glass, Alucobond, sheet metal or wood. Lockable swing or sliding doors – also made to fit precisely from the various aluminum profiles from the modular system – allow controlled access to your machine or system. Special Click&Safe connecting elements are used to quickly and safely open and close the safety fence elements on the supports.

Your specifications, safety requirements, distances to be maintained, required accesses, height of the partition walls, etc. - provide us with the framework conditions for the realization of your machine safety fence or partition system.
If you wish, we will accompany you from the first sketch to the installation on site, take over the color design of the separating protective devices and adapt them to the conditions on site.
